ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE

The major activities of researchers implicated in this CECA thematic line involve two European projects: European Joint Programme on Foodborne Zoonoses. Funding by H2020. Call: SFS36, H2020, Co Fund EJP “One Health: Zoonoses Emerging threats”: a network of European laboratories and research centers with reference tasks in the domains of foodborne zoonoses and antimicrobial resistance; they are often also involved in emerging threats. It is expected to reinforce the collaboration among researchers in order to a dedicated research and integrative projects, education and training activities. The One Health approach, in which feed, food, animal health, public health and contamination of the environment are considered as very closely linked, is definitively the best way to achieve significant progress in this field.
